Her focus is what guides her overall management of Windrose – remaining true to our core business. Jeanne’s business experience and direction are keys to efficient operation and strategic growth. As a founding member of Windrose, her management, dedication, and energy are reflected in every aspect of the firm, creating a culture of purpose and performance.

Ted Whiting

Project Manager

Mr. Whiting has twenty-five years of diverse experience in the surveying industry. His diverse and comprehensive background leads to a well-rounded understanding of the land and roadway development process. In his position at Windrose, Ted is instrumental in the delivery of precise, accurate surveys while maintaining excellent management skills.

Robert Kness, RPLS

Principal, Chief Operating Officer

Delivering top quality products is the primary focus for our Chief Operating Officer, Robert Kness. He is also responsible for obtaining plan approval from various regulatory agencies for Municipal Utility Districts, as well as County and City projects. His relationships with local area jurisdictions facilitates a seamless platting process. He has handled all aspects of project management for many complex surveying and platting projects while maintaining budgets, respecting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy. He understands the importance of producing quality products with honesty and integrity, something he has committed himself to do on a daily basis.

Gio Alvarez

Senior Survey Technician

Mr. Alvarez’s strong organizational skills, extensive survey background, and knowledge allow Windrose to offer to our customers a service second to none in the industry. For the past 20 years, Gio has been instrumental in developing the company’s drafting standards. His commitment to providing accurate drawings and outstanding service has been key to what has allowed Windrose to maintain a loyal and long-term client base.

Andrew Allemand, AICP

Director of Planning, Project Manager

Mr. Allemand has worked in the public and private sectors as a professional planner for more than twelve years. Serving as a project manager, city planner, and director of planning, Mr. Allemand has a diverse skill set that includes land use planning, geographic information systems, comprehensive and strategic planning, zoning and variance case management, platting case management, ordinance development, and grant writing. He works with AutoCAD, ESRI’s ArcGIS line of products, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and SketchUp.
