Principal, Chief Operating Officer
Delivering top quality products is the primary focus for our Chief Operating Officer, Robert Kness. He is also responsible for obtaining plan approval from various regulatory agencies for Municipal Utility Districts, as well as County and City projects. His relationships with local area jurisdictions facilitates a seamless platting process. He has handled all aspects of project management for many complex surveying and platting projects while maintaining budgets, respecting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy. He understands the importance of producing quality products with honesty and integrity, something he has committed himself to do on a daily basis.

Jeffrey Boutte, PLA
Director of Planning, Platting Department Manager
Mr. Boutte has worked in the public and private sectors as a professional planner and landscape architect for more than twelve years. Serving as the Windrose Director of Planning and Platting Department Manager, Mr. Boutte has a diverse skill set that includes land use planning, landscape architecture, Geographic Information Systems mapping, comprehensive and strategic planning, zoning and variance case management, platting case management, and ordinance development. He works with AutoCAD, ESRI’s ArcGIS line of products, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
Austin Moehle
Construction Manager
Mr. Moehle has over 5 years’ experience working on residential, construction and commercial surveying projects where accuracy has always been a top priority. His field experience as a Party Chief gives him a unique perspective on the types of challenges encountered in the field. His recently acquired drone license also makes him comfortable with the latest survey technologies. Customer service is a top priority for Austin. He understands the importance of providing quick responses and accurate information to all Windrose customer clients.

Senior Survey Technician
Mr. Alvarez’s strong organizational skills, extensive survey background, and knowledge allow Windrose to offer to our customers a service second to none in the industry. For the past 20 years, Gio has been instrumental in developing the company’s drafting standards. His commitment to providing accurate drawings and outstanding service has been key to what has allowed Windrose to maintain a loyal and long -term client base.
