Essential Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the survey process, including estimation of proposals, determining proper scope, researching information necessary to create proper estimation and timeline, and communicating with clients on service questions and job status. Additionally, the Survey Manager will interact regularly with clients on service needs and in some instances, attend client meetings with Business Development Representatives to support in client relationship building.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with clients on behalf of the firm and actively prospecting for new accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing clients.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop annual individual/organizational strategic sales plan in coordination with Sales Manager.
  • Participate and support the Sales Manager including, but not limited to making presentations, responding for RFPs, preparing proposal, etc.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities resulting with increased sales and revenue.
